By running the program above, a BCS specialist will have temporary and one-time access to your computer, allowing you to see what’s going on on your computer screen and control your mouse and keyboard. This is the most efficient and convenient way to provide and receive computer support for both parties.
If you disconnect or restart your computer, you will no longer be able to access your computer, and a BCS specialist will continue to be unable to access your computer without reconnecting through this page.
Before starting the program, make sure that the BCS specialist is also ready to support your computer (agree on a time with the specialist in advance) – it is usually useful to be in touch by phone during the support.
When starting the program, you must always answer Run or Open if possible – then you agree to start the program. Also agree if your computer’s software firewall asks if you want to allow the program to access the Internet (select Allow).
